• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 15+ years of SAP experience with a primary focus on PP.
• Hands‑on SAP configuration experience supporting discrete manufacturing and service/repair (MRO) environments.
• Deep knowledge of production master data, routings, BOMs, variant configuration, production orders, and shop floor execution.
• Strong understanding of service/repair workflows including service orders, equipment master, notifications, and refurbishment.
• Experience with quality, compliance, traceability, and ISO‑driven environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and clearly communicate across technical and business teams.
• Experience in global SAP projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong documentation, testing, and training capabilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial equipment, flow control, rotating equipment, oil & gas, or similar manufacturing/service industries.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience with PP. PM or QM is preferred.

• Familiarity with Client’s pump, valve, and seal product lines.
• Strong ability to work with global cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving requirements.
