Our friendly, patient-centered dental practice is looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our amazing team! We are searching for someone who is passionate about dentistry, enjoys building relationships with patients, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This is a great opportunity for a confident assistant ready to take on a leadership role, work alongside a supportive doctor and team, and help us continue to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of dental assisting experience is required
• Experience with Dentrix software
• CEREC experience is preferred
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
• Someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team
• A passion for learning and helping others succeed

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor with a variety of dental procedures
• Provide exceptional care and support to our patients
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans
• Help with CEREC same-day dentistry
• Maintain OSHA and CDC infection control standards
• Keep treatment rooms stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Support and mentor fellow team members
• Help create a welcoming, positive environment for both patients and coworkers
