Staff Physical Therapist - Full Time In-Person

Daylight Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population, develop individualized care plans, and serve as a leader and mentor within our clinical team. Key responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions across a variety of diagnoses and patient populations Accurately and efficiently complete all clinical documentation using the clinic's EMR system Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care Mentor fellow physical therapists and PT students to support their clinical development Uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical practice in all patient interactions Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic initiatives to support ongoing growth This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Clinic operating hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and individual schedules are assigned within that window. We understand that scheduling flexibility is important — start and end times may be adjusted to meet individual needs, as agreed upon with management. What we're looking for Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri (or eligibility to obtain licensure) All experience levels are welcome — new graduates and seasoned clinicians are encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and clinical team members Ability to manage a structured patient caseload efficiently and with clinical excellence Experience with EMR/documentation software preferred; willingness to learn required A genuine passion for mentorship, growth, and contributing to a positive team culture We are an equal opportunity employer.
