Automotive Sales Professional

The Automotive Sales Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in South Burlington, VT. This role is responsible for assisting customers through the entire vehicle sales process, including greeting guests, identifying needs, presenting vehicles, conducting test drives, and explaining pricing, financing, and features. The Automotive Sales Professional will follow up with prospects and existing customers to support long-term relationships, encourage repeat business, and maintain customer satisfaction. Daily activities include managing leads, updating the CRM system, coordinating with service and finance teams, and staying informed about current inventory, incentives, and product knowledge. The role also involves meeting individual and team sales targets while upholding Heritage Automotive Group’s customer-focused values. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong sales consulting and automotive sales skills, with the ability to guide customers through the purchasing process. Candidates should possess skills in customer service and customer satisfaction to deliver a positive and professional buying experience. Candidates should have a strong motivation to succeed financially, while keeping values of honesty and integrity intact. Relevant skills and qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, basic computer and CRM proficiency, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
