In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of daily business tasks such as reviewing client transcripts, financial planning, marketing, and following up with clients to ensure their needs and concerns are met. The multi-disciplinary nature of this role means you will gain valuable business experience and insight into how an early stage startup operates.Responsibilities:Customer Success Support Help manage customer onboarding processes and ensure timely follow-upsRespond to customer inquiries or issues, escalating to relevant teams as neededTrack customer feedback and contribute to process improvements based on insightsMarketing Support Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and eventsMaintain CRM and marketing databases with accurate customer and lead informationHelp prepare reports on campaign performance and engagement metricsSales Administration Support sales team with lead tracking, CRM updates, and preparing proposal materialsCoordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clientsAssist with creation and upkeep of sales collateral and documentationInternal Operations Support Streamline and document internal processes to improve efficiency across teamsAssist with project management, vendor coordination, and team schedulingSupport onboarding of new team members with tools, systems, and documentationAbout You2+ years of experience (excluding internships); early-stage startup experience preferredYou take initiative and ownership, proactively seeking ways to contribute beyond your defined role.
