Pay Rate

$17.00 $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

What You'll Do: Receptionists are the first point of contact for our community. Your role ensures that residents, guests, and staff feel welcomed, supported, and safe. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome guests, residents, and vendors with a warm and friendly attitude
• Monitor the "comings" and "goings" to ensure safety within the community
• Remain calm and composed while handling emergencies efficiently and effectively
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining records
• Ensure proper adherence to COVID protocols and safety guidelines for all guests and employees
• Assist staff and management with day-to-day front desk operations as needed
