Physical Therapist Assistant – South San Diego, CA Rehab House Call, a therapist‑owned and operated company, is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide home‑based care in the South San Diego region. Job Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy services in patients' homes Assess and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when required Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy (Home Health experience preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant License Valid California Driver’s License Current CPR certification; TB test; Professional Liability Insurance Pre‑employment physical exam and TB test within the last 6 months Benefits Competitive pay, commensurate with experience 401(k) plan with matching Flexible schedule and caseload based on availability Therapist‑owned company with clinical leadership support Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour Location: On the road (San Diego, CA) Schedule: Choose your own hours Service Areas Include: South San Diego, Chula Vista, National City, Downtown San Diego, Clairemont #J-18808-Ljbffr
