Role Overview This position involves providing patient-centered primary care to employees within an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. The provider will build meaningful patient relationships with a smaller panel size, allowing longer appointments and proactive prevention-focused care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, utilize electronic medical records, and focus on improving health outcomes and patient satisfaction. Qualifications: Must have graduated from an accredited medical school, completed residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics, and hold or be eligible for board certification. Active state license and CPR/BLS certification are required.
