Concierge PositionThe Concierge establishes a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere in the community and provides exceptional customer service to our high-end residents and their guests. This position will report to the Hospitality Director and be responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable environment while ensuring the highest level of security and privacy.Location: Balfour Central Park | 2979 Uinta St, Denver, CO 80238Schedule: Part-Time | Thursday–Sunday, with Saturday & Sunday preferred/neededCompensation: $19.50-$20.50/hour (depending on experience)Additional Info: Flexible shift lengths, including the option for extended 12-hour shiftsWhat will I do every day?Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the communityAssist residents with requests as neededAnswer incoming callsMaintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance areaRespond to emergencies and supply emergency personnelWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Bring a smile to work every dayHave excellent customer service skills6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredSenior Living experience a plusHotel experience a plusBasic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applicationsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as neededWhat's in it for me?
