Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist - Recruiting Assistant

PrideStaff is looking for a talented individual who wants to learn about the staffing industry, how to connect with Talent, recruit Talent for area clients, and be a part of our growing teams in Tempe!

Bilingual Spanish is required.

As part of our team, the Recruiting Assistant is responsible for screening and scheduling interviews with individuals who have applied to one of our current openings. This team member is our Director of First Impressions. This individual thrives on living our Mission Statement when interacting with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Contacting and screening applicants for Administrative, Office Clerical, Customer Service, as well as Light Industrial opportunities to schedule face-to-face interviews with our Recruiting Team.
• Assisting candidates in completing orientation and onboarding.
• Answering incoming calls, screening, and directing calls to the appropriate team member.
• Completing References on new hire associates.
• Provide a positive experience to all candidates and associates in person and over the phone.

The ideal team member for our Recruiting Assistant will possess the following skills and or characteristics:

• Dependable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work with a variety of individuals.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bilingual - Spanish is required
