Business Development Sales Representative

About The Role Cross Link Consulting, a Managed IT & Cybersecurity provider, is hiring a Business Development Sales Representative to grow our client base and build lasting relationships with businesses throughout our community. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential - ideal for someone who wants to build more than a book of business, but become a trusted part of the Cross Link team and the organizations we serve. In This Role, You Will Prospect daily through outbound calls, networking, referrals, email, and events Identify organizations that are a strong fit for our Managed IT, cybersecurity, and technology services Build relationships with business owners, executives, and decision makers Conduct discovery calls and visits to understand business needs and goals Partner with our technical and leadership teams to develop the right solutions Maintain an active, accurate sales pipeline and follow up consistently to move opportunities toward a decision Guide a smooth transition from prospect to client / sales to operations Represent Cross Link professionally in the community What You'll Bring Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a relationship-based sales environment (Managed IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or telecom experience is a plus) A humble, hungry, and smart approach - confident but coachable, self-motivated, and genuinely curious about people and businesses Comfort prospecting and creating new opportunities from scratch Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with decision makers A competitive drive balanced with a team-oriented mindset A desire for compensation that reflects the value you create Compensation & Benefits 100% Commission with uncapped earning potential This role requires daily prospecting and relationship building.
