Responsibilities:
Prepare vacant units for apartment turn over
- Ensure completion of work orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance

Qualifications:
- Candidate will have 5 years or more experience in maintenance
- Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs, appliance repair and installation, carpentry work
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have own tools
