divh2Job Title/h2pNursing Position/ph2Job Description/h2pPay Rate $36.00/ppResponsibilities include:/pulliMedication administration for residents in compliance with Federal State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines./liliAdmissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation./liliCompleting acute and long-term care plans or service plans./liliClinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director./liliProviding general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community./liliNotifying physicians and/or family members of any change in residents health and providing proper documentation./liliResponding quickly to all emergencies./liliMaintaining close communication with all departments and staff members./liliProviding educational meetings for residents and staff./liliMaintaining confidentiality of residents and prospective residents information./liliBeing responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed./li/ulh2Qualifications/h2pLevel of Formal Education: Training from an accredited licenses or vocational nursing program/ppArea of Study: General nursing/ppYears of Experience: 1+ years/ppType of Experience: Senior care or related field/ppSpecial Certifications: Must have a Licensed Practical Nurses License current in the state in which they are practicing.
