Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join a growing accounting team in Nashville. This role will work closely with the Controller and Assistant Controller, serving as a key support partner with a strong focus on general ledger accounting and reconciliations . This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant looking to grow in a hands‑on, high‑visibility environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations Support month‑end close activities Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis Work as the right‑hand support to the Controller and Assistant Controller Help maintain accurate and timely financial records Support audit preparation and provide documentation as needed Assist with process improvements and ad‑hoc accounting projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) 2–5 years of accounting experience Strong experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations Solid understanding of basic GAAP principles Proficiency in Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
