Application Engineering Manager

Job TitleApplication EngineerJob DescriptionDevelop, test, and implement applications to support engineering and manufacturing operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Ensure software solutions align with industry standards and company objectives. Mentor, coach, and develop Applications Engineers while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Develop engineering standards, best practices, and technical documentation. Identify process improvements and remove obstacles that prevent the engineering team from being successful. Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development of engineering personnel. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented applications. Optimize existing systems to improve performance and reliability. Document technical processes and create user guides for applications. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Assist in project planning and timeline management for software development initiatives.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000 USD. 8-12% bonus with 4 weeks of PTO. 401(k).
