Join Our Team as a Skilled Dental Laboratory Technician

Are you an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician with a passion for creating high-quality full and partial dentures? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our growing dental laboratory. In this hands-on role, you'll fabricate dentures from start to finish while working alongside an experienced team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.

If you have experience with full dentures, partial dentures, denture repairs, relines, wax-ups, processing, and finishing , we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.

• Set denture teeth with precision for optimal function and aesthetics.

• Complete waxing, processing, finishing, polishing, and quality control.

• Bend wire for removable partial dentures as needed.

• Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays.

• Perform denture relines and repairs.

• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and accuracy while meeting production deadlines.

• Assist as the Associate Laboratory Manager during absences, when needed.

• Cross-train in multiple laboratory disciplines.

• Follow OSHA and laboratory safety protocols.

• Work collaboratively with dentists, clinical teams, and fellow laboratory technicians.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish .

• Ability to successfully complete a practical bench assessment.

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental laboratory.

Preferred

• Same-day denture fabrication experience.

• Experience with removable prosthetics and high-volume production environments.

• Knowledge of modern dental laboratory materials, techniques, and equipment.

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday through Friday

• Day shift during regular laboratory business hours
