Location and Shift Location Detail: 680 Main Street Watertown (10326) Shift Detail: 8 -4:30 Sat, Sun, Monday. Work 24hrs paid for 40hrs. Assigned to the Watertown office but may require coverage for Northwest region at times. Responsible for covering holidays that fall on these days. Job Title Baylor Homecare RN Job Description We currently have clinical opportunities to join an experienced multi-disciplinary team of clinicians. As part of a person centered care model, this role will provide skilled nursing care to clients in home and community based settings ensuring the delivery of outcome based, high quality, cost effective care. This role will collaborate with all team members to achieve exceptional outcomes.
