Seeking a BC/BE ENT Physician who values high quality care and work/life balance to join our team in the heart of Washington state! First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, with RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate s qualifications. Join our team as one of five outstanding ENT physicians. Full-time position. Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position. A four-day or five-day schedule is available. ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday Thursday block every five weeks). Consults at our local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program. One surgical day per week once the practice is established. Epic electronic medical record. Up to 11 weeks of time off.
