Join a team where your maintenance expertise keeps operations running smoothly, every day brings new challenges, and your work has a direct impact on the success of the facility.SALARY: $25.65/hr.LOCATION: Forest Grove, ORSCHEDULE: Full-time, Rotating Wed-Sat and Thurs-Sat schedule, 7:00am-6:00pm, Temp to hireWHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLEHands-on role with a variety of maintenance tasks that keep each day engaging and rewarding.Stable opportunity in a team-oriented environment where safety, collaboration, and quality are top priorities.Opportunity to build and expand technical skills while working on a wide range of facility systems and production equipment.Play a key role in supporting reliable operations and contributing to the success of the overall plant.WHAT YOU’LL DOPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and production equipment, including plumbing, light electrical, painting, repairs, and equipment installations.Inspect, troubleshoot, and monitor equipment and facilities to identify issues, report safety concerns, and help ensure reliable plant operations.Support maintenance projects by coordinating with team members, vendors, and contractors while providing guidance to maintenance staff as needed.Follow safety policies, maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, and complete additional maintenance tasks to support operational goals.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR1-3 years' experience performing general maintenance, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and facility issues, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.Strong understanding of workplace safety practices with a commitment to following established procedures and quality standards.Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and lift or move materials and equipment throughout the workday in an industrial environment.
