Purpose and Mission

Responsible for quality assurance activities, documentation, process improvement and SHE (Safety Health and Environment) activities at a specific site.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Documentation and Reporting:
  - Documenting quality assurance activities, including inspections and audits.
  - Create audit reports and maintain accurate records.
  - Collaborate with Off Site Quality Specialist to address any issues.

- Collaborate with off Site Safety Manager to address any issues.

• Process Support:
  - Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  - Track and document quality-related processes.

- Document and follow-up on Safety related issues.
- Participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

• Training and Compliance:
  - Assist in creating training materials and operating manuals.
  - Support training initiatives related to quality procedures.
  - Ensure companywide compliance with quality protocols.
• Continuous Improvement:
  - Identify opportunities for process enhancement and share ideas with the quality team.
  - Maintain consistency in handling sensitive data.
  - Contribute to a culture of quality awareness.

Skills

• Data collection and analysis skills.
• Relevant education or training in quality management or a related field.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication abilities (both verbal and written).
• Proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).

Previous Experience

• No specific experience required; willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

Qualifications and Education

• Relevant education or training in quality management or a related field.
• Certifications related to quality assurance are a plus.
