The Cashier/Drive-Thru Team Member plays an essential role in creating a great guest experience at both the front counter and drive-thru. This position supports smooth daily operations by taking accurate orders, handling transactions, and assisting customers. A clean and organized workspace and a strong team effort help ensure every visit is fast, fresh, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food orders accurately and efficiently

• Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru

• Assist guests with self-order kiosks

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure work areas are fully stocked

• Support team goals and restaurant standards during each shift

• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and care

• Maintain speed of service, especially during peak periods

Qualifications

• Basic math and POS entry skills

• Ability to manage cash drawer responsibly

• Strong communication and customer service mindset

• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Dependable, team-oriented work ethic
