Job Description

• In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining t-shirt printing presses, ensuring high-quality production of custom apparel
• Your expertise will help bring vibrant designs to life while adhering to strict quality standards
• This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in screen printing, color management, and layout design within a collaborative and energetic workplace
• Set up and operate screen printing presses for t-shirt production, ensuring precise registration and color accuracy
• Manage prepress processes including screen preparation, color matching, and layout adjustments to ensure vibrant, consistent prints
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to maintain high standards and identify any defects early

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of prepress techniques, color management, and layout design principles
• Ability to perform quality control inspections and ensure adherence to print advertising standards
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of typography and print layout principles to achieve visually appealing results
• Whether you're experienced in textile printing or eager to learn new techniques

Employment Type- Monday-Friday, Weekends, and Holidays


Pay Rate-$18.00/HR

Pay-Rate Ranges $18/HR-$85/HR
