Title Assistant

We are seeking a Title Assistant for a national title insurance company based in Irvine.
Are you an adaptable, team-oriented professional with a strong foundation in title processing? We are looking for a reliable, mid-level Title Assistant to join a fast-paced residential desk. In this fully on-site role, you will serve as a vital support pillar to our Title Officers, keeping transactions moving smoothly and delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Open new orders and navigate residential title files from start to finish.
- Assist with abstracting, recording, packaging documents, and curing title files.
- Provide prompt, professional, and pleasant service to clients via phone and email.
- Support a high-volume desk handling residential resale and refinance transactions.
- Collaborate closely with Title Officers to execute daily tasks and keep workflows on track.
- Utilize SoftPro software to manage files, enter data, and maintain accurate records.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and handle dynamic daily requests with ease.
- Solid mid-level experience as a Title Assistant with strong familiarity with title files and terminology (underwriting decision-making is not required).
- Hands-on proficiency with SoftPro software.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and keen attention to detail.
- Mellow, low-key demeanor, dependable, adaptable, and eager to support team goals.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our Von Karman location.
