We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Campaign Manager to support lead generation, manage client sales pipelines, and provide tailored outreach and follow-up across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, can adapt quickly, and balances task execution with client relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Inbox ManagementMonitor multiple inboxes (e.g., Gmail, Instantly) daily to identify new leads and client responsesFilter and categorize incoming messages (e.g., qualified leads, spam, action items)Add qualified leads to the CRM or client-specific pipelines with correct tagging and status updatesSales Pipeline CoordinationMaintain and update sales pipelines in tools like SalesmateCategorize leads by stage and ensure next actions are properly scheduledConduct research to verify lead information or update contact data when neededOutreach ExecutionExecute cold calling, follow-up calls, and email outreach as part of a structured communication sequenceRespond to warm leads from campaigns (email, ads, Upwork, websites)Leave voicemails, speak with gatekeepers, and send personalized follow-up messagesClient-Facing SupportPrepare for discovery or proposal calls by reviewing documents, reports, or videosHandle early-stage client communications, including sending intro videos and scheduling meetingsOccasionally participate in proposal discussions and provide early insights to support the sales processAd Hoc and Client-Specific TasksRespond to internal requests (e.g., from account managers or sales leads) via chat or emailReview client reports, update scripts, or complete one-off research tasks when neededLog time worked and tasks completed in systems like ClockifyRequired Skills & Qualifications1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account coordination roleStrong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in client-facing scenariosComfort with cold calling and navigating gatekeepersExperience with CRMs (Salesmate preferred) and email tools (e.g., Instantly)Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and workflowsSelf-starter who can follow structured processes and adapt to changing prioritiesPreferred TraitsComfortable working across a mix of service-based client accountsAble to balance administrative tasks with proactive outreachFlexible and calm under pressure when shifting between client needs or urgent tasksComfortable with basic research and spreadsheet tasks (e.g., verifying phone numbers)J-18808-Ljbffr
