We're seeking a sharp and experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing team in Tucson, Arizona. If you thrive on month-end close, love diving into financial statements, and enjoy the rhythm of working in a modern ERP environmentthis might be your next great move.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and own monthly financial close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements before executive review
• Work within ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Collaborate with finance leadership on reconciliations, accruals, and reporting

What You Bring:

• Degree in Accounting
• Strong ERP experience (NetSuite a big plus)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience preparing financials for leadership review
• Local to Tucson and able to work in a hybrid setup
