Network Technician
TECEZE
Supplier’s field technicians shall be fully prepared with the appropriate tools and skillsets. For instance, they shall possess the basic networking skills to directly console to a device and perform configuration tasks to restore service. All tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, ladders, etc.) shall be supplied by the field technician. All field technicians shall be fully qualified in the technologies they always support and have the following tools as necessary: Laptops with console cables Crossover and Ethernet cables Basic tool sets (screwdrivers, plyers, etc.) Cell phones and 4G/5G connectivity for console access to remote engineers Thumb drive/USB drive Field technicians must be able to access Managed Equipment and perform routine programming and configuration tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
