The City of Commerce Camp Program is seeking a part-time seasonal staff member to support meal preparation for Camp Commerce clients at Lake Arrowhead, CA. Duties include following standard recipes and health regulations, food prep, cleaning, and assisting cooks to maintain a sanitary kitchen and dining area. Requires one year of experience in commercial food preparation and a Food Handler's Certificate. First Aid & CPR training is preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
