We train new caregivers to provide the level of care our clients expect.Client Matching. We consider your experience, availability, and preferences to match you with the perfect clients.Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients.Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required.Employee Rewards & Recognition Program! Access to online training and continuing education courses.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesTransporting clients for errands or appointments in your carAssisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfersMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional InformationOur hiring process is fast and simple!
