What You Will Need High school diploma required. 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, especially in a consultative, customer‑focused environment (wireless sales experience is a plus). Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Experience with a POS system and strong attention to transaction accuracy. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items. Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary. Pay & Benefits Began wage for this position is between $19.75 and $21.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. The role is classified as modified full‑time with a work schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week, averaging approximately 35 hours.
