Your Job Duties Will Include: Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with various needs, including payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution. Notating customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner. Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed by our internal teams. Problem-solving customer accounts for both current and future needs. Maintaining consistent, clear communication with customers. Collaborating with internal teams (administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management) to ensure exceptional customer service.
