Physical Therapy Assistant

Position Summary Full‑time Physical Therapy Assistant position located at 314 South Manning Blvd, Albany, NY. The role involves collaborating with physical therapists, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized therapy services to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in the delivery of individualized therapy services under supervision. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support treatment planning and implementation. Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR). Provide compassionate support to patients and families throughout the care process. Qualifications Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program. Active NYS State licensure in good standing. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Compensation Hourly rate: $28.42 - $31.84.
