Kitchen Manager – Mellow Mushroom (Jacksonville, FL)

$58,000–$65,000/year + Quarterly Bonus Program

Since 1974, Mellow Mushroom has been slinging stone-baked pies with a heavy dose of good vibes — and our five Jacksonville shops ( Avondale, Southside, Beach, Fleming Island, and River City ) are keeping that freaky-fresh tradition alive. We're a locally owned and operated crew — decisions get made close to our restaurants, by people invested in our team and our communities — and we're on the hunt for a Kitchen Manager who can run a tight ship and keep the energy groovy.

• You've got 2+ years running a kitchen or leading a BOH crew (high-volume or scratch kitchen? even better)
• You're ServSafe certified — or ready to be (we'll help you get there)
