Physical Therapist

Description The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual physical or age-related needs. The role requires expertise in patient evaluation, treatment, and professional consultations to achieve maximum independence in accordance with each client's functional level and potential. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Occasional specialized physical therapy training may be required for certain departmental needs Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire License in other states where care is delivered upon hire Occasional specialized physical therapy experience may be required for certain departmental needs Benefits Providence offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a retirement 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching, health care benefits (medical, dental, vision), life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, vacations, holidays, and voluntary benefits.
