Scheduling Options

• Full Time: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

• Part Time: ALL Shifts (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts)

• $21.40–$22.90/hour
  Includes MI Direct Care Incentive + Shift Differentials

  • 2nd Shift Differential: +$1/hour

  • 3rd Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour

• 39-Bed, 5-Star Facility with a Family Feel

• Must hold a current license to practice as a CNA/STNA

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans

• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care

• Practice infection control procedures

• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping policies, including vitals

• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

• Completed CNA/STNA Course and current State License

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Service mentality and a thirst for learning

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Excellent attendance
