Warehouse Manager

Full Time | On-Site | Reports to Supply Chain Manager Job Summary: As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead all warehouse operations for GummyWorks, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, kitting, material movement, and shipping of raw materials, packaging, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy above 98%, supporting uninterrupted production, enforcing GMP/FDA requirements, implementing warehouse best practices, and driving continuous improvement through ERP, barcode scanning, and standardized warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities: · Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, replenishment, kitting (including pilot batches), picking, packing, shipping, fulfillment, and material handling. · Manage, coach, develop, and evaluate warehouse personnel while promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. · Ensure only authorized warehouse personnel perform material picking and all inventory transactions to maintain inventory integrity. · Manage warehouse capacity, labor planning, space utilization, and workflow optimization. · Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation, lot traceability, expiration control, and location accuracy. · Ensure all ERP/WMS transactions are completed accurately and in real time using barcode/RF scanning technology. · Develop and monitor warehouse KPIs including Inventory Accuracy, Pick Accuracy, Dock-to-Stock Time, Order Cycle Time, OTIF, Labor Productivity, and Shipping Accuracy. · Coordinate daily with Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Customer Service, and Transportation. · Lead cycle count programs, inventory investigations, and corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy above 98%. · Manage customer fulfillment operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. · Drive warehouse process improvements, standard work, Lean initiatives, and support ERP/WMS implementations. · Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, food safety, and company policies. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. · Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume fulfillment environments. · Proven experience managing fulfillment operations, including order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, customer service levels, and distribution performance. · Experience managing warehouse teams in fast-paced manufacturing and fulfillment operations. · Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, warehouse automation, barcode/RF scanning, and inventory control best practices. · Knowledge of GMP, FDA, OSHA, and warehouse safety regulations. · Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Preferred Skills: · Experience leading high-volume fulfillment, e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) distribution operations. · Experience implementing ERP, WMS, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation solutions. · Lean Manufacturing, Lean Warehousing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience. · Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
