Collaborate with clients and guide project teams to deliver innovative, practical solutions. Ideal Candidate: Experienced, licensed California Structural Engineer with 5–7+ years in seismic design and diverse structural systems. Passionate about mentoring junior staff and driving projects forward with technical expertise and client focus. Compensation and Benefits :The annual salary range for this position, across the listed offices, generally ranges between $120,000 and $137,000 . This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the California Pay Transparency Law. Actual pay rates will be based on various factors, including company geographic differentials, education level and candidate qualifications.
