Guest Experience Host: Welcoming & Seating

A Host/Hostess presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service and high standards. You greet guests upon arrival, inform guests of their wait time, monitor a waiting list, answer the phones, show guests to their table and bid guests farewell as they leave.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
- A knowledge of the menu.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Providing great customer service.

O.H.S.O. Brewery + Distillery is a local restaurant, brewery, and distillery that is a dog-friendly, social hot-spot with four locations across the valley. Each location has the same casual neighborhood vibe with their own personalities. Guests can brew their own beer at our nano-brewery in Arcadia, tour our distillery in North Scottsdale, dine in the middle of our two-story brewery in Gilbert, or check out our production facility in Paradise Valley. We are all about creating unique and approachable beer and spirits in a fun, open environment. All of our locations feature expansive dog-friendly patios complete with water dishes, house-made dog treats, and plenty of attention.
