Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a small agency environment and is eager to take on a leadership position. The successful candidate will manage and produce commercial accounts, handle A-Z account responsibilities, and contribute to the agency's growth.
Compensation Package

• Salary Range : $50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce commercial accounts, including upselling renewals and securing new prospects.
• Handle all aspects of accounts from start to finish (A-Z).
• Quote new and renewal business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the agency's growth by bringing in new business.
• Support the agency's leadership team and assist in operational management as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience : 1-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management preferred.
• Skills :
  • Strong sales and account management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Software : Familiarity with industry-standard software is a plus.
