Banner Health Emergency Services is proud to bring a new state-of-the-art freestanding emergency department to the Buckeye, AZ community. Opening in November 2026, this modern 14,500 square foot facility will feature 14 fully-equipped exam spaces, one dedicated trauma/treatment room, and comprehensive diagnostic services including x-ray, CT scan, and ultrasound. While patients will not be admitted at this location, the ED will work in close partnership with Banner Estrella Medical Center to ensure seamless continuity of care for our community.

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Acute Multimodality Techs to join our founding team. The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to a people-centered, collaborative culture and demonstrate compassion, kindness, and resiliency in high-pressure situations. To qualify for this exciting opportunity, candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience and able to do both CT scans and X-rays.

We are currently hiring for full-time positions across multiple shifts. Competitive shift differentials include a flat $1 per hour for weekend shifts and an 18% premium for night shifts.

Weekday opportunities

• Mid: Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm

Weekend opportunities

• Day: Friday-Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm
• Overnight: Friday-Sunday 7:00pm - 7:30am

This position performs prescribed procedures in accordance with department/facility policies, procedures and protocols. This position ensures optimal care/treatment to patient population.

Core functions include performing procedures by following and verifying referring providers' orders, educating patients/families regarding procedure and/or treatment to be performed, producing high quality images and preparing/presenting them with other pertinent patient information for timely interpretation, demonstrating competence in performing prescribed invasive/interventional procedures if applicable, performing and evaluating equipment quality control measurements, and ensuring the efficient operation of workflow of the department.

Minimum qualifications include a certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology programs, national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) based on modalities in which they will be conducting work, and licensure by the state regulatory agency as applicable. Preferred qualifications include additional related education and/or experience.
