We're a company of doers, thinkers and builders, united by purpose and grounded in reality.If you want to put your skills to work where the stakes are real and the mission is bigger than any one person, forge the future with Voyager.Job Summary:The Senior Project Manager for Voyager Space Solutions is responsible for planning and executing projects from concept to completion, ensuring all phases are managed effectively, while developing customer relationships, coordinating with technical teams, managing budgets and schedules, and providing regular status reports to stakeholders.The position reports to the VP of Project & Mission Management and is part of the Program Management department.Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates moving to Webster, TX or Middleburg Heights, OH.In this role, the essential functions are:Developing and overseeing project scope, schedule, and budget;Providing regular reporting to project teams and executive leadership;Proactively identifying and mitigating scope creep;Leading cross-functional teams including technical and project staff; training and mentoring project management staff; managing customer relationships;Supporting comprehensive project proposals; andOverseeing supplier relationships and contract requirements.If your experience aligns with our basic qualifications and you are inspired by our mission, we'd like to connect.
