The Dishwasher plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This position is responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and small wares in accordance with health and safety standards. Dishwashers also help keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized while supporting the kitchen team with basic tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Wash all utensils and small wares.
- Helps keep kitchen clean and organized, including the walk-in.
- Details dish equipment daily.
- Responsible for lifting and organizing pots and pans onto shelves.
- Properly sets up and breaks down the station.
- Maintaining a professional, composed, and calm demeanor.

Qualifications
- Current Food Handler certificates
- Ability to carry at least 50 lbs
- Basic knife safety
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
- Able to multitask and organize
