Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, assist with treatments, and maintain patient records while adhering to established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families regarding health management and care instructions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of service.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Current CPR certification and basic life support training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is an advantage.
