Class A Driver
ProDrivers
We are urgently hiring experienced CDL Class A or B Drivers for a regional pet food delivery route. Freight includes dry, canned, frozen, and bagged pet food products. Drivers will make 10-15 stops per day, unload freight using a pallet jack and lift gate, and break down pallets for customer deliveries. This is a touch-freight position requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly. Please apply. #pdhouston
Schedule- Monday-Friday
- Daytime routes
- Average 50 hours per week
- Regional routes
- 10-15 stops per day
- Out of town 2-3 nights per week
- Company-paid hotel stays
- 28-Foot Box Truck (50,000-54,000 GVW)
- Automated Manual Transmission (Automatic-style operation with 12-speed heavy-duty transmission)
Job Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B License
- Minimum 3 years of CDL Class A or B driving experience
- Clean MVR required
- Clean background check required (company background screening conducted)
- Minimum age of 25 years
- Route delivery experience required
- Experience operating pallet jacks and lift gates
- Ability to safely back and maneuver commercial vehicles in tight spaces
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly without restrictions
