Class A Driver

ProDrivers

We are urgently hiring experienced CDL Class A or B Drivers for a regional pet food delivery route. Freight includes dry, canned, frozen, and bagged pet food products. Drivers will make 10-15 stops per day, unload freight using a pallet jack and lift gate, and break down pallets for customer deliveries. This is a touch-freight position requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly. Please apply. #pdhouston

Schedule

Monday-Friday
Daytime routes
Average 50 hours per week

Position Details

Regional routes
10-15 stops per day
Out of town 2-3 nights per week
Company-paid hotel stays
28-Foot Box Truck (50,000-54,000 GVW)
Automated Manual Transmission (Automatic-style operation with 12-speed heavy-duty transmission)

Job Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A or Class B License
Minimum 3 years of CDL Class A or B driving experience
Clean MVR required
Clean background check required (company background screening conducted)
Minimum age of 25 years
Route delivery experience required
Experience operating pallet jacks and lift gates
Ability to safely back and maneuver commercial vehicles in tight spaces
Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly without restrictions
