Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Garden Grove
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (8 hours)
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with strong aerospace manufacturing experience to lead planning, procurement, and inventory operations. This role will drive ERP optimization, improve On-Time Delivery (OTD), and ensure material availability to support production and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of planners and buyers
Drive ERP utilization as the single source of truth
Oversee MRP, master data, and production planning (MPS)
Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules
Improve inventory accuracy, reduce excess & obsolete inventory, and optimize turns
Manage supplier performance and negotiate long-term agreements
Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards
Drive Lean / Six Sigma initiatives and eliminate process bottlenecks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of manufacturing experience (3+ years in aerospace required)
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (required)
Strong ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of MRP, inventory planning, and supply chain operations
Proven leadership experience managing planners and buyers

Additional Requirements

Knowledge of AS9100 and ITAR/EAR regulations
Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must meet "U.S. Person" requirements under ITAR
