Field Reimbursement Manager, New England

argenx seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support healthcare providers in the New England region with patient access, reimbursement education, and coverage navigation for its immunology portfolio. The role combines in-person and virtual engagement with cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers to therapy and optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary reimbursement resource for assigned territory, building relationships through in-person and virtual engagement
- Educate healthcare providers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and patient support resources
- Develop account-specific access strategies and guide providers through reimbursement barriers and challenges
- Partner with Patient Services, Market Access, and internal stakeholders to address access barriers and escalations
- Develop and execute territory plans using CRM tools and data analytics to track performance and identify opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience
- 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or specialty pharmacy
- Expertise with medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement models and payer policies
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with healthcare providers
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, prior authorizations, and appeals
- Experience in specialty therapeutics, immunology, rare disease, or complex biologics
- Proficiency with CRM tools, data analytics, and territory management
