Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Assist patients in improving physical therapy by assessing needs, developing individualized recovery plans, and delivering PT treatments. Collaborate with peers and refer patients as necessary to support their recovery. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
