Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Compensation: $253 per hourly

Job Overview:

• Pre-Screen will be conducted by Aya CRNA leadership IMPORTANT RATE LISTED as an ALL INCLUSIVEPlease refrain from sending providers who are affiliated with Tacoma Anesthesia Associates, Creative Anesthesia Associates & RainierOB Experience is essential & helpful if CRNAs have experience w/ Peds Cases tooMust be willing to work NightsLooking for full time but willing to accept 2 weeks per month at a minimum ( 6 month w/ option to extend)All overtime must be pre-approved by manager IMPORTANT Case mix includes, ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no Computed Topography or Neuro).
• The following types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility: Cardiac, Complete ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic Not doing: Complex vascular, head spine, neuroAverage cases per day: 40-45 general anesthetic cases per day overall, 3-4 cases per day per CRNAMedically supervised, care team model.
• CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center2 GI treatment rooms1 Bronchoscopy room and 1 Cath labNo new gradsCredentialing Timeframe- 60 days.
