Public Benefits Attorney: Policy & Impact Advocate

National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives

Legal Aid DC seeks an experienced staff attorney for our Public Benefits Law Unit to help families access benefits such as Unemployment Insurance, Social Security, SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, and DC HealthCare Alliance. The attorney will work under a supervising attorney and engage in litigation, advocacy, and policy work to advance the client community. Position involves mentoring, collaboration with staff and community partners, and representation before local and federal tribunals. #J-18808-Ljbffr National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives
