The Room Service Waiter/Waitress plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by efficiently managing service orders and maintaining high standards of hospitality. This role requires attentive customer service, accurate order handling, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
Responsibilities
- Take and accurately record customer orders for room service delivery
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer interaction and address their needs
- Ensure order accuracy and timely delivery to guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
- Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently
- Possess thorough knowledge of the menu to assist guests effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills to engage well with guests
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to carry trays and move quickly between service areas
