EHR Analyst Lead

EHR Analyst Lead Job Summary: Responsible for providing expert-level guidance and technical direction for enterprise clinical applications. Serves as the primary escalation point for complex cross‑functional issues and ensures consistency in build, testing, and optimization practices. Oversees large‑scale implementations and enhancements, coordinates analyst activities, and ensures alignment with governance standards and organizational requirements. Essential Functions Provides expert‑level direction on complex system design, configuration, and integration. Serves as escalation point for high‑impact or cross‑functional application issues. Coordinates application build and testing activities across multiple teams to ensure quality and consistency. Oversees large‑scale upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives. Develops and enforces standards, policies, and procedures for EHR build and configuration. Guides analysts in troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance practices. Partners with clinical leaders, governance bodies, and IT management to ensure application reliability and safety. Leads vendor coordination for technical issues, upgrades, and new functionality. Tracks performance metrics and ensures service levels are met across supported applications. Performs other duties as assigned. Education Requirement Bachelor’s degree. Experience Requirement 7+ years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Certifications & Licensures Epic certification. Working Conditions Occasional ( Never lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects over 50lbs. Occasional ( Never standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs. Regular (>50% of the time) sitting at computer workstation for extended periods. Never risk of back injury from moving, lifting or positioning patients, equipment, or materials. Regular (>50% of the time) repetitive motion. Never working at heights above 4feet. Physical Demands This position requires regular sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; performing tasks with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); intermittent standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10pounds; and occasional lifting, pushing, and/or pulling of objects up to 50pounds or standing or walking with objects up to 25pounds.
